3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 t. salt
5 T. cornstarch
2 c. milk
3 egg yokes
4 t. butter
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and cook over medium heat till thick. Cook 2 minutes longer. Add egg yokes - alittle at a time - and cook 2 minutes longer - stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla. Cool befoe putting into pie shell.

Add 1/2 c. coconut to top of meringue.
