1/3 fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. molasses
2 T. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs steak (e.g., flank)

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix all marinade ingredients with whisk. Score steak across top. In glass dish or plastic bag, coat steak with marinade. Refrigerate 4-8 hours, turning once or twice. Grill steak. Slice thinly on the diagonal and serve garnished with lime wedges.
