1 med orange
2 cups ruby port
1 bay leaf
3 whole cloves
1/2 c. sugar
1 bag cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Remove rind from orange with peeler to avoid pith. Combine rind, bay leaf, cloves and port in saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup. Strain. Return strained mixture to saucepan and stir in sugar. Add cranberries; cook 10 minutes or until cranberries pop. Spoon into bowl and cool.
