1/2 cup heavy cream
8 oz. high quality semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan over very low heat, combine the cream and chocolate. Stir constantly and heat just until the chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Spread on room temp brownies and let them set at room temp for at least 4 hours before serving.
