1/2 Lb ground beef
1/4 Lb ground veal
2 cups peeled Italian tomatoes
1/2 large green pepper - chopped
1/2 large onion - chopped
1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice.
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp garlic juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Brown meat in small amount of better and olive oil. Add the other ingredients. Simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. May be garnished with slices of Velveeta.
