1 package lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 can (9 oz) crushed pineapple
1 c. drained, finely diced peaches
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until partially congealed. Fold in pineapple, peaches, coconut, and cream. Put in mold sprayed with Pam and chill in refrigerator. Can be made in individual molds.
