1 4lb. cut up fryer chicken (skinless)
1 (8.25 ounce) jar of Dona Maria Mole
2 T. peanut butter
2 squares of Popular chocolate (Mexican)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water with a few pieces of onion. Use enough water so you can have at least 3 c. of chicken broth left. Remove chicken and shred. In the 3 c. of broth dissolve the mole, peanut butter, and chocolate. After this add the shredded chicken. You can use bread crumbs if you need to thicken mole sauce not necessary though.
