2 whole eggs (4 egg whites)
1 1/2 c. sugar (1 cup)
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. roasted pecans chopped
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bake pie shell 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Mix all ingredients except pecans. Place pecans in pie shell and pour on chocolate mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes
