2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 can plum tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
2 tbsps. chopped onion [more if you want]
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsps. chili powder
1 can dark red kidney beans
oyster crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in small amount of butter and drain.
Puree plum tomatoes and pour into pan with ground beef. Add soup, water, chopped onion, salt, pepper and chili powder.

Simmer for one hour. Add kidney beans and heat through. Serve with oyster crackers.
