1 head cauliflower
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets. Cook in small amount of boiling water until soft.
Drain cauliflower. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

Butter a 1 quart casserole dish. Place cauliflower in dish. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mixture should be bubbling at edges and cauliflower should be soft.
