Camp Lasagna Recipe

2 8oz. pkgs. wide noodles,
1/4 c. butter,
1 c. chopped onions,
1 c. chopped bell peppers,
3+ lb. ground beef,
S & P, garlic powder,
Oregano,etc. to taste,
12 oz. cream cheese,
1 1/2 pt. cottage cheese,
16 oz. tomato paste,
1 1/2 pt. sour cream,
30 oz. tomato sauce

Soften cream cheese - Combine with cottage cheese & sour cream. Mix with cooked, drained noodles. Place in two 3 qt. casseroles.
Brown onions & peppers in butter. Add hamburger & seasonings (1/2 at a time) - Cook partially (meat somewhat red) - Stir in tomato sauce & paste - adjust seasonings - Pour over noodles.
Bake uncovered @ 350 for 45 min. - 1 hour.
