1 1/2 pound potato, red or white
2 medium onion(s)
3 medium celery
3 cup cooked ham, sliced, cubed, or shredded
24 oz canned yellow corn
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
8 oz canned chicken broth
12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
3 cube chicken broth or bouillon, dry
2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil:
1 1/2 pound potatoes, red or white (cut into bite size chunks) in 2 cups water

Saute:
2 medium onion(s), chopped
3 medium celery, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
Add 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour to thicken
Add 8 oz canned chicken broth

Add:to semi cooked potatoes:
3 cups cooked ham, sliced, cubed, or shredded
24 oz canned yellow corn
12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
3 cube chicken broth or bouillon, dry
Now MIX it all together,
add any spice you like
& cook till you say it's done.
