1 cup. cooked de-boned chicken
2 cups rice (cooked)
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or asparagus
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsps. lemon juice
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked rice on bottom of 9x13 pan. Arrange vegetables on top. Top with de-boned chicken. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken and rice. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 30 30 minutes.
