Ingredients:  
1 c. grits
1 tsp salt
4 c. water
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 lb butter
1/3 c. milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in salted water until done. Take off fire. Sitr in cheese. When cheese melts, add butter and milk. Stir. Add eggs, beaten, one at a time. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
