1 lbs of lean hamburger
1 smalled chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 can (11 oz) sauerkraut
2 cups uncooked wide noodles
1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Layer half of beef mixture in 7X11 baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut and rest of meat. Top with uncooked noodles, spread soups over noddles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 more minutes.
