4 yellow squash
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp chives
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
salt, tabasco, frozen or fresh spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Blend spinach, eggs, chives and seasonings. Place mixture in squash which have been cooked until barely tender. Spread cheese and buttered crumbs on top and bake until browned.
