1/2 lb ground beef, 3 1/2 c. oatmeal, 3 1/2 c. flour, 1 (12 oz) can beef broth, 1 T veg. oil, 2-3 carrots finely shredded, water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients well, add a little water as necessary to mix it better, roll out like cookie dough, cut into rectangles or with cookie cutter and place on parchment lined cookie sheet, Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until browned nicely. makes 3 to 4 dz.
