6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 qt milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
nutmeg for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly. Scald milk. Add sugar and salt to eggs. Then add milk and vanilla. Mix and put into baking dishes. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 30-35 minutes in pan of water. Done with firm.
