Marinade:
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. each lime juice and soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1 jalapeno pepper seeded & minced (optional)
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix well. Marinate fish at least 1 hour in refrigerator and turn. Use on cod filets, salmon, swordfish, halibut steaks or catfish filets.

Cook until fish flakes.
