Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp catsup
1 c. New York sharp grated cheese
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
3 Tbsp cooking sherry
2 lbs. shrimp, shelled, deveined, etc.
4 cans artichokes
1 c. cream
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy sauce pan. Add flour and slowly stir in milk, then cream. As mixture thickens add paprika and cayenne, catsup, lemon juice and grated cheese, worchestershire sauce and cooking sherry. Place shrimp in bottom of oblong casserole. Next add quartered artichoke hearts. Pour sauce over top. Heat in 350 oven until bubbly.
