2 cups boiling diet cranberry juice cocktail
1 package (8 oz) sugar free jello, any red flavor
1 1/2 cups club soda
1 tsp lemon juice
3 cups assorted berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling cranberry juice into gelatin in large bowl for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda and lemon juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Stir in 2 cups of the berries. Spoon into 5 cup mold. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Top with remaining berries.
