2 lbs squash (yellow or green)
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar
8 Ritz crackers - crumbled
1 whole egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape squash, cut up; take out large seeds. Boil until tender; drain, mash and add above ingredients. Mix thoroughly. The salt on the crackers is sufficient. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
