1 1/2 c. crabmeat - lump is better 1/4 c. flour 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp curry powder 1 c. cracker or bread pieces 1 pkg sharp cheese 4 eggs separated
Place crabmeat in bottom of casserole. Make cream sauce with milk and flour. Add cheese and cracker or bread. Beat egg yolks and add to cream sauce. Beat whites and fold into sauce, but cool first. Pour over crabmeat. Bake at 300º for 60-65 minutes.
