Yellow Cake Mix
4 c cut up rhubarb
1 2/3 c sugar or splenda
1 pint of whip cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yellow cake mix according to directions
put in a 9x13 cake pan
sprinkle the 4 cups of rhubarb in & the sugar
Pour the pint of whip cream over the top
bake @ 350 for 1 hour, Serve warm or cold
