2 lbs shrimp
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 c. uncooked rice
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 c. green pepper, minced
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp mace
Dash black pepper & cayenne pepper
1 can undiluted tomato soup
1 c. heavy cream
1 pkg clivered almonds
1/2 c. sherry
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp. Cook rice. Put shrimp in 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice. Add rice. Chill mixture (can be done the night before).

Saute onion and green pepper 5 minutes. Add this and other ingredients except paprika to shrimp. Sprinkle paprika on top. Cover tightly and bake 350 for 55 minutes.
