Pork tenderloins
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced ginger root
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/4 c. water

Trim fat from pork. Combine onion and next 7 ingredients (onion through garlic) in a large zipo-top heavy duty plastic bag. Add pork. Seal bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove pork from bag and season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake to 160 inside temperature.
Put flour in saucepan. gradually add marinade and water. Bring to boil and cook 3 minutes. Serve with pork.
