6 filets of catfish
butter
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp leaf oregano
1/4 tsp leaf basil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Dip catfish in melted butter. Place in casserole and sprinkle dry ingredients over fish. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
