1/2 fresh ham
1 large can tomatoes
1 bottle soy sauce (regular)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3 or 4 chopped onions
2 or 3 cloves garlic chopped
A-1 sauce
salt
pepper
Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in roasting pan. Doctor with Tabasco, A-1, salt & pepper. Cook for a while at 350 and cut to 250. Baste. Cook until it falls off the bone. Pick out the fat and bone.
