1 lb can salmon 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese 1 Tbsp l;emon juice 1 Tbsp horseradish 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp liquid smoke 1/2 c. chopped pecans 3 Tbsp minced parsley 1 Tbsp onion chopped
Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, liquid smoke, onion. Mix and chill overnight. Combine chopped pecans and parsley. Shape salmon into ball and roll in pecan mix. Serve with crackers.
