1/2 c tahini
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1/2 T black pepper
1/2 T cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 T chopped garlic
1/2 c soy sauce
2 29 oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 green pepper, chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor, and blend. Serve
with fresh veggies, toasted pita, tortilla chips, or on bread with lettuce, avocado and tomatoe.

This is a big recipe (the kids in my family love it). Divide in half for smaller gatherings.
