2 15 oz cans of pinto or black beans, drained and rinsed
1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves minced garlic
1 4 oz can chopped green chiles
2 cups frozen corn
2 scallions
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t dried oregano
12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Layer in a 2 qt. baking dish: tortillar, bean mixture and cheese (2-3- layers) with cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes.
