2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c butter/margarine
1/4 c dry red wine
1 tbs finely snipped chives
2 tsp creamy horseradish sauce
1 c finely chopped walnuts
Optional:
1/4 - 1/2 c chopped stuffed olives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything but nuts. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Cover & refrigerate 30-45 min.
Take out and shape into ball or log. Roll in walnuts. Refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for 6 weeks.
