Dressing:
1/4 c vegetable oil
3 tbs sugar
2 tbs seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce

Salad:
1/4 lb Chinese pea pods, strings removed
3 c broccilli/wockie, shred salad mix
1/2 c sliced almonds or sunflower seeds

Optional:
1 can chicken breast, drained or 2/3 c cubed cooked chicken breast

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients and set aside. Add remaining salad ingredients and toss until
mixed. Add dressing & toss to coat.
