3 pkg dried beef-- the packages that hang in the refrigerated section with the ham and bacon
16 oz can saurkraut drained
1/2 pound swiss cheese shredded
1/2 pound cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup mayonaise

chop up the beef and dump everything together. Bake in a lightly greased casserole dish at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with mini rye breads
