1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage 1- 8 oz. brick cream cheese 4 green onions, chopped 1 can chicken broth 25-30 mushrooms (med. or large)
Brown sausage. Fold in cream cheese and green onion. Clean mushrooms and carefully scoop out stems and a little bit of the mushroom. Fill shrooms with sausage mixture and place in 9x13 casserole dish. Add broth to cover mushrooms about 1/2 way. Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes.
