8 chicken thighs, skinned
1 c. soy sauce
2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 green onions, chopped
4 slices ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 8 hours. Great served with white or fried rice.
