2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 stick butter at room temperature

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients - except the pecans - in a roasting pan and place in the oven while it's heating up; remove from oven when the butter has melted. whisk until completely blended. Add the nuts to the mixture and toss until the pecans are well coated. Bake, stirring often, for 25-30 mintues or until the pecans are toasty and fairly dry.

Spread out on paper towels to cool (the toweling will absorb any remaining liquid), then store in airtight containers. Two pounds of these little treats will easily serve a roomful of party guests.
