1 lb cheddar cheese grated
1 med. onion grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp tabasco
raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 6 ingredients well. Line ring mold with plastic wrap or spray with PAM and press cheese mixture into it. Chill for 2-4 hours.

Turn ring onto tray. Pour raspberry preserves over it. Serve with crackers. Yum!!!
