2 boxes Frozen Chopped Spinach (cooked)
1 cup creme of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonaisse
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 minced medium onion
2 beated eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cokk spinach in microwave and then wring the water out as much as possible. Mix the next 5 ingredients and then mix in the spinach. Put in a buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350.

This is great left over to make a spinach omelet or spinach quesidillas. Add cheese on top of the flour tortilla and you have another dinner. Problem is there is rarely any leftover!
