8 boiled med. new potatoes in jackets
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. chopped parsley
12 oz carton frozen chives

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut in 1/8" slices. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt. Mix parsley and chives.

Put in layers - potatoes, mayo mix, parsley mix ending with parsley layer.
