2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. curry powder 3-5 c. cooked rice 4-6 thawed chicken breasts
Place cooked rice in bottom of baking dish. Place uncooked, thawed chicken onto. In a bowl, combine mushroom soup, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour mixture over chicken and rice. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
