1 Tbsp prepared dry mustard
6 shakes tabasco sauce
1/2 cup catsup
Juice of two lemons
4 Tbsp meat tenderizer
1 tsp garlic or onion powder
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup salad oil

Best to use 9 x 13 glass pyrex for marinating 12 hours at room temp
