Ingredients:  
3 - 4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
2 hard boiled eggs
1 jar pimentos, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 - 1 onion, chopped
2 - 4 tablespoons butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9X13-inch casserole dish. Prepare chicken and eggs. Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix mayonnaise and soup. Mix all ingredients together, except potato chips. Sprinkle potato chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
