1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3 TBSP. Butter, Softened
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Chocolate, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl stir together peanut butter and butter. Gradually add powdered sugar, stir until combined. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on wax paper. Let stand for 20 minutes. In a heavy saucepan cook and stir chocolate over low heat. Cool slightly. Dip peanut butter balls and let sit on wax paper to cool completely.
