Ingredients:  
Scald 4 c milk
Add 3 sq chocolate. Beat these when melted
Add 1 1/2 c honey cook till mixture coats the spoon.
Strain and cool. Add 1 quart of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Put in your ice cream maker and follow manufactures instructions. Good!

When we first moved to MT. we rented a house from Olive. They were very nice family and she made this ice cream and brought it to use.
