Saute all: the amounts are optional to your family size.
1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
1 large chopped onions
2 small sliced zucchini
2 chopped tomatoes
Then add to same pan:
1 can drained lima beans
1 c cooked millet
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1 c sprouts (soybeans)
chili powder
garlic powder

Cook 5 min. and eat

Tayla had a health food store in Kent, WA out of her home. This was my first experience with health food. When you would go there she had all sorts of different foods cooked. This was really good.
