1/2 c butter
1/2 pound of sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. of frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1 teas paprika
12 slices of slightly cooked bacon
3 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts split into two.
1 chopped onion
1 green and red pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the mushrooms, onions, and peppers for 3 min.Stir in the spinach and cook for 2 min. Remove from heat and add sour cream, soup, paprika, pepper. Mix well, put in bottom of casserole dish 9x 13. Wrap bacon around the chicken Put on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with paprika Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 min. Serve over cooked rice or fettuccine noodles.
