Boneless skinless chicken breast
Au Jus gravy mix
White wine
lemon juice
flour
salt
pepper
garlic powder
olive oil
Wondra (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make Au Jus according to package. Heat olive oil in pan. Dredge chicken in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; brown on both sides in oil. Add lemon juice and wine- let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add 1/2 of Au Jus and let simmer 15 minutes while covered. Add rest of Au Jus slowly- can thicken with Wondra if wanted.
