1 quart jar 1/4 cup vinegar 1 Tbsp. Pickling Salt 1 Tsp. Pickling Spice 1/4 cup dill 1 garlic clove 1 dried cayenne pepper 8-10 medium sized cucumbers
First stuff jars with dill, pickling spice, salt, and vinegar. Then stuff with cucumbers and peppers and fresh garlic. You can also add carrots, peppers, jalapeno's. Once jar is full, pour in boiling hot water, then seal the jars. Allow 6-8 weeks to open. Jars do not off to seal in order to eat.
