8 med. green pepper (top and seeds removed)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. chilli powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans ( 10 3/4 oz each) tomato soup
1 1/2 c. ( 6oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In boiling water, cook peppers for 3-5 min. Remove peppers and set aside. In a skillet cook beef, onions and garlic until beef is browned. Drain Add Seasoned and soup and simmer uncover for 10 min. Stir in cheese and rice. Stir in cheese and rice and stuff peppers. place in shallow baking dish and bake in over for 20 min.
